Terms of service.

Welcome to Pickle Pulse, a mobile app for finding pickleball courts and sharing real time court conditions with other players. By using Pickle Pulse, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Pickle Pulse

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

You can use Pickle Pulse without creating an account. When you first launch the app, we create an anonymous account for you so you can start using it right away. You can later add an email to save your progress across devices.

You are responsible for anything done through your account. If you share a device, do not check in or vote on behalf of someone else.

What you can do

• Browse courts near you
• Check in when you arrive at a court and share what the court looks like
• Vote on how helpful another player's check in was
• Suggest new courts to add to our map
• Update your profile, skill level, and notification preferences

What you may not do

• Submit false check ins from courts you are not actually at
• Submit fake court suggestions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in notes you write
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the app for anything other than its intended purpose of sharing court conditions

Our servers verify that you are within 250 meters of a court before accepting a check in. Attempts to spoof your location will result in check ins being rejected and may result in account suspension.

Content you post

When you share a check in or suggest a court, you grant Pickle Pulse a non exclusive, royalty free license to display that content in the app. You retain ownership of what you post.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, or anything that violates any law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. This permanently removes your profile, check ins, votes, achievements, and push tokens. Deletion cannot be undone.

Notifications

If you opt into notifications, we may send you messages about court activity, votes on your check ins, streak reminders, and check in reminders. You can turn off any category from the Notifications section of your profile.

No warranty

Pickle Pulse is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that court information shown in the app is accurate, current, or complete. The app depends on other players sharing what they see. Always verify court availability before making travel plans.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BePickleballer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pickle Pulse.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes we will notify you in the app.
